Access to the SLUG™ website and its associated services is governed by the following terms and conditions, along with any additional rules published on our site. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the information on our website, including pricing and availability details, is always up-to-date. We retain the right to modify or update information without prior notice.

Shipping
Domestic orders (USA)
Deliveries are available for all 50 states; unfortunately, we're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Taxes, where applicable, will be presented during checkout. While we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific domestic arrival dates.
International Orders
Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional duties, taxes, and customs fees over which we have no control or responsibility. Our international shipping reaches 28 countries, and you can select your shipping destination during checkout. Similar to domestic shipments, we cannot guarantee international delivery dates.
International Customs & Duties Policy:
Any customs or import duties are levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we do not assume liability for them and do not provide compensation to cover any incurred costs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Lost, damaged, or stolen goods
SLUG™ assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of items once they've left our warehouse. Once shipped, utilize the provided tracking number.
Return Policy
At present, we do not accept refunds outside of 5 days after delivery. SLUG™ reserves the right to decline any returns at any time. Prior to placing your order, please ensure all information, including shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, is accurate; we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details or changes to orders post-purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at ben@slugdepot.com within 5 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation of an order is only feasible if it hasn't entered the packing or shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support at ben@slugdepot.com. You'll be notified once your order is canceled. Please allow 10 business days for refunds to appear back into your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within that time frame, kindly contact Customer Support. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, individual items cannot be edited.

Product Availability:
While availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Product Treatment:
To properly care for SLUG™ products, treat each material according to its specific needs. For denim, hand wash with cold water and gentle soap. For leather, hand wash with warm water and gentle soap. Always address any spills or stains promptly to prevent permanent damage. After washing, allow products to air dry completely. If choosing to dry-clean products, please consult with your dry-cleaner prior.
Delivery Timing:
You'll receive a separate email containing parcel tracking information once your order ships.
Customer Service:
For customer service inquiries, please go to the contact page or email ben@slugdepot.com. We endeavor to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Inquiries are addressed in the order they are received; please refrain from sending multiple emails, as this may delay our response.
Order Modifications:
Due to the limited availability of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed. Please verify all information before submitting your order.
Purchase Limits:
Some items may have quantity limits in one transaction due to their exclusivity.
